When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, phone number, and payment information.
An order is not considered confirmed until Watson Doorstep has accepted the order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including when a product is unavailable, incorrect information was provided, or circumstances prevent us from completing the delivery.

You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including applicable delivery fees and taxes.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered paid.
4. Delivery
Watson Doorstep provides local delivery within designated service areas.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and reasonable access to the delivery location.
Delivery times may vary because of traffic, weather, product availability, customer availability, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If we are unable to complete a delivery because the customer provides an incorrect address, is unavailable when required, or does not provide reasonable access, additional delivery charges may apply.
5. Water Containers and Jugs
Customers are responsible for properly handling and storing water containers after delivery.
Customers should inspect containers and products when they are delivered and contact Watson Doorstep promptly if there is a problem with the order.
For sanitation and safety reasons, delivered consumable water products generally cannot be returned after delivery.
6. Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before the delivery process has started.
Once an order has been prepared, picked up, or is in the process of being delivered, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.

7. Subscriptions and Recurring Deliveries
If Watson Doorstep offers recurring or subscription delivery services, customers authorize Watson Doorstep to process payments according to the selected subscription schedule.
Customers may request to pause or cancel future deliveries before the next order enters the delivery process.
Subscription pricing and availability may change with advance notice when reasonably possible.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree not to misuse our website or services.
You agree to:
