At Watson Doorstep, we want every customer to be satisfied with their water delivery. Because our products are consumable and delivered directly to customers, we have specific guidelines for refunds, returns, and service issues.

Water Refills & Consumable Products

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, water refills and other consumable water products cannot be returned once they have been delivered or accepted by the customer.

If you believe you received the wrong product, an incorrect quantity, or a product that arrived damaged or contaminated, please contact Watson Doorstep as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Customers may request a refund when:

  • The wrong product or quantity was delivered.
  • A delivery was paid for but was not completed.
  • A product was damaged before or during delivery.
  • There is a verified issue with the quality or condition of the delivered product.
  • Watson Doorstep is unable to complete an order after payment has been received.

Refund requests should be made within 24 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

We may offer a replacement delivery, credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled without a cancellation fee before the delivery process has started.

If an order has already been prepared, picked up, or is in transit for delivery, cancellation may not qualify for a full refund.

Subscription Services

Customers may pause or cancel recurring water delivery services before their next scheduled delivery. Once a scheduled delivery has been prepared or is in progress, the order may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund.
